Summary:
Following a corporate spin-off, the newly independent organization needed to quickly establish the structure, systems, and processes required to operate as a standalone entity. Serving in an executive partnership role to the CEO, I led the operational buildout—from business infrastructure and recruiting to sales operations and systems implementation.

Approach:
Partnering directly with the CEO, I acted as a de facto Chief of Staff—overseeing the company’s rapid expansion and organizational setup. Within the first year, we hired and onboarded 40 consultants, selected and implemented both an ERP and CRM system, secured and furnished new office space, and established contract management, procurement, and operational governance processes. These initiatives created stability, clarity, and efficiency during a period of accelerated growth.

Impact:
The company transitioned from start-up instability to a fully operational, scalable business with defined processes, systems, and teams in place. By year-end, the leadership team had the infrastructure, visibility, and operational rhythm needed to support sustained expansion and client delivery.
