Whether I was supporting CEOs behind the scenes or leading operations from the front, I’ve always played the role of the steady, strategic partner—the one making sure the business actually runs.
I founded Optiva Solutions Group (OSG) to fill a gap I saw every day: visionary leaders with big goals, but no one beside them to bring structure, momentum, and execution. At OSG, I serve as an Executive Operations Partner—a high-trust, embedded collaborator who helps executives lead with more clarity and a lot less chaos.
While my work often mirrors a Chief of Staff—managing cross-functional initiatives, translating vision into execution, and keeping strategic priorities on track—it’s broader. I bring the leadership presence, operational horsepower, and people-first approach to help organizations move forward in real time.
